Coffee has been a Substance that has created a global phenomena since its popularity in 1598. its humble origins from Ethiopia expands quickly to Yemen and concurrently to Northern Africa.

Because of its bitter flavour, its powerful effects and rarity at the time, coffee became whats known as a posh dream only available for the rich and to select traders. The introduction of coffee to asia started in India and moved along to the Spice Islands and then China.

Now the best coffee in the world is available from select parts of the world such as some countries in the Americas, Indonesia and some parts of Malaysia.

Traditionally, coffee was always accompanied with sugar to soften the harsh effect of the bitter flavour, but coffee connoisseurs have long understood that the intense flavour is what makes coffee special with the intense aroma and resolute sensation.

Variations of the popular standard expresso would include cafe latte, machiato, cappuchinno, and the like with the difference being the type of milk and the preparations.
